AiAx Interview

A conversation that follows your answer.

Voice interviews that explore the detail behind a first response.

An illustrated conversation with Malin. Scripted answers show the interview method.

From the invitation to a useful record.

  1. 01

    Set the brief

Define the purpose, topics and people to invite. Tell participants what the conversation is for and how their answers will be used.

  2. 02

    Let the person speak

Malin asks a question, listens and follows up on the answer. Concrete examples reveal more than a list of short responses.

  3. 03

    Review the evidence

Read the conversation and separate what was said from interpretations, missing detail and questions to revisit.

  4. 04

    Put it to work

Use reviewed insights in Discovery, an internal handover or a hiring discussion. A person owns the next decision.

One interview engine. Different conversations.

Understand the work

“Walk me through the last time a customer order got delayed.”

Explore who was involved, which system held the information and where the handover broke down. Discovery uses these details to build a current-state picture.

Meet a candidate

“Tell me about a project where you had to change your approach.”

Collect relevant experience and follow-up answers for a human reviewer. The interview supports the discussion; it does not make the hiring decision.

Keep experience in the team

“What should your colleague know before taking over this responsibility?”

Capture exceptions, recurring questions and the people to contact. Review the record before treating it as an agreed procedure.

A follow-up makes the difference.

“We use email” is a starting point. “Who notices the missing reply, how long do they wait, and what happens next?” makes the process visible. AiAx Interview is the conversation layer; AiAx Discovery turns reviewed conversations into a broader understanding of the business.

A few practical questions

How is Interview different from Discovery?

Interview conducts the conversation. Discovery combines interviews, workshops and supporting sources to map workflows, identify opportunities and agree a roadmap.

What should a candidate receive afterwards?

A participant-facing recap should cover the topics discussed and the next steps. Internal assessments and reviewer notes belong in the authorised review process.

Can we define the interview topics?

The brief starts with your purpose and the information you need. We agree the conversation structure, audience, access and review process before rolling it out.
